Your account

Your account menu gives you access to your profile, contributions and artist settings.

Open your profile settings

1. Sign in to Diskograf.
2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Edit profile. A new account may show Complete profile.
4. Make your changes.
5. Click Save profile.

Username and profile URL

Your username is the public part of your profile address:

https://diskograf.com/<username>

The username must use an available name and pass the format checks. Diskograf uses it in links to your profile and contributions.

What people can see

A public profile can show:

• your username and display name;
• your avatar and public biography or social links;
• your contribution history;
• your loved songs when that view is available;
• your claimed artist and its published works.

Pending songs are owner-only. They are not part of the public artist catalogue until they are published.

Your email address is for the account and is not shown on the public profile. Moderation and account flags are not shown either. An administrator may have a Diskograf team badge, but private account fields remain private.

Change your display name

Open Edit profile from your account menu. Change Display name in Account details, then click Save profile.

The display name is separate from the username. An artist account can also change its stage name in the Linked artist section. A stage-name change updates the name used across Diskograf, so check it carefully.

Change your avatar

Open Edit profile, then find the Profile image section.

1. Choose a JPG or PNG image.
2. Upload it and wait for the confirmation.
3. Use Change to replace it or Remove to delete the custom avatar.

Find your contributions

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
2. Choose Manage contributions.

This page lists songs you added or helped edit. It also shows whether each song is Pending or Published. Click Edit beside a song to change it.
